Criminal History
In two prior instances, Cappuccio was arrested and pleaded nolo contendere. Notably, in 2001, Cappuccio was arrested for Assault. During this incident, Cappuccio pushed a third party to the floor and choked him. He pleaded nolo contendere and was sentenced to four months of probation.
