Sixty-Three (63) months on Counts 1ss and 2ss, with all terms to run concurrently. The Defendant is further sentenced to serve a Thirty-Six (36) month term of supervised release on Counts 1ss and 2ss, with all terms to run concurrently. In 2019, Nichols pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury in Harrison County Court and was sentenced to pretrial diversion. In 2022, while detained in this case, he is alleged to have committed behavioral misconduct in the D.C. Jail. Nichols admitted that he lifted a chair and โpushed it forcefullyโ in the incident.
