- Arredondo was convicted of โDeadly Conduct, Discharge Firearmโ and sentenced to 10 years imprisonment to run concurrently with the Aggravated Assault sentence. In this case, Arredondo shot a victim in the neck.
- Arredondo was convicted of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and sentenced to 10 years imprisonment. In this case, Arredondo shot a victim in the buttock area.
- While serving his time in prison, Arredondo committed an aggravated assault in 2002: On June 6, 2002, Arredondo committed aggravated assault with a deadly weapon while in prison Arredondo received a 4-year prison which was ordered to run consecutively to his other sentences.
