Criminal History
Betancurโs criminal history consists of an April 12, 2019 misdemeanor conviction of Burglary in the Fourth Degree. State of Maryland v. Bryan Betancur, 03-k-19-000698. In that case, Betancur was observed inside of an elementary school. Betancur told the arriving officer that he needed to charge his phone and noticed that the school doors were unlocked. He purportedly went inside of the school to charge his phone. During the pendency of his Maryland sentence, Betancurโs probation was revoked on several occasions, and he was still on probation on January 6, 2021
