Sentenced to Forty-Five (45) days of Incarceration on Count 1, no term of Supervised Release to follow. Defendant sentenced to Six (6) months of Probation on Count Six (6). Counts 1 and 6 to run consecutive. A Special Assessment fee of $35 ($25 on Count 1 and $10 on Count 6) and Restitution in the amount of $500.
