Sentence
57 months as to each of Counts 1ss-3ss, 5ss, 7ss and 6 months as to each of Counts 8ss-10ss, with all counts to be served concurrently. The Defendant is further sentenced to serve a 36 month (3 year) term of supervised release as to each of Counts 1ss-3ss, 5ss and 7ss, to be served concurrently and to pay a $530 special assessment and $2,000 in restitution.
Criminal History
In 2011, Munchel was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Speeding. The charges were withdrawn after he completed a diversionary program.
In March 2013, Munchel was convicted of Possession of Marijuana and sentenced to 12 months’ probation. I
In May 2013, Munchel was arrested and charged with two counts of Battery. The charges were nolle prossed in August 2015.
In March 2014, Munchel again was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana for the third time. He was again sentenced to 12 months’ probation.
In March 2014, Munchel was charged with Failure to Appear but was not prosecuted.
