Sentenced to FORTY-FIVE (45)days of incarceration; SIXTY (60) hours of community service; special assessment of $10.00 and restitution in the amount of $500.00.
Criminal History
Hemenway has a serious criminal history dating back to 2004. Most notably, Hemenway pled guilty in 2006 to Sexual Battery and Criminal Confinement and was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment, all but one year suspended. His probation was revoked, however, and he was re-sentenced to 5 years imprisonment. As a result, he was incarcerated from 2008 to 2011. His parole term ended in 2013.
