Criminal History
He had three prior arrests, at least two of which resulted in convictions. At the time he appeared at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, he was under federal supervision in a pretrial diversionary program arising from his prosecution for disorderly and disruptive conduct on Capitol grounds on December 9, 2019, when he disrupted an impeachment proceeding chaired by House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler.
