Sentenced to a concurrent term of twenty-seven (27) months incarceration followed by a concurrent term of thirty-six (36) months of supervised release and ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $2,000.00 restitution to be disbursed to the Architect of the Capitol.

Mitchell was found to have committed numerous violations of his probation related to those crimes, and was still under supervision on January 6, 2021. Mitchell recently was charged with possession of methamphetamine in connection with a traffic stop that occurred in Conroe, Texas soon after he was permitted to relocate to Montgomery County, Texas to reside with his mother.
