Kelly’s criminal history consists of a driving while under the influence of alcohol conviction on September 16, 2021.
The Kelly had this outstanding DUI warrant at the time she entered the Capitol on January 6.
The defendant was adjudicated guilty after testing positive for cocaine on May 13, 2021, and June 14, 2021, and failing to calibrate her vehicle interlock device.
